Call, or tell us what failed.

The fastest path is the phone. The form is there when you would rather write the symptom down first.

Call the shop

Tap the number on your phone. Describe the device and what it is doing.

Call ahead if you are dropping a device off near opening or closing.

Call 850-252-5392 to arrange where to bring the device. Drop-off is confirmed when you describe the repair.

A map will appear here with the shop address. Until then, call and we will direct you.
